Ok so it's been a billion years....

Sooooo since we have a PC and everything I figured I may as well begin Blogging again! Yaaaay! I really like all the funny Blogs I've noticed lately.  Do you suppose they are real people or like a facade aand the author really is nothing more than that, an author?

All the kids are huge now.  Russell runs around and throws tantrums and climbs on things and jumps off...sigh.

Jayden has begun basketball, she really seems to enjoy it.

Natasha isn't currently doing a sport, hers keep getting canceled.

Deano is doing better in school, although I've been distraught over having the non-compliant child who seems to be in la la land 90% of the time.

Now they arte all home from school and being non-compliant with me.  So I should go lol

Thanks for reading...

Overview

So I spent all this time writing this lengthy blog out and my internet wasnt connected so I lost it all. ugh.

We have central air!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!
We completed the Insanity program! I'm very proud of me and my husband. It took alot of hard work. I may not be where I want to quite yet but I am definetly well underway. Uncle Jimmy, sorry but I'm afraid that running will make my legs get big. Bahaha. That sounded super vain, but it's the truth. I dont mind doing the occasional 5k or something. I can definetly run that. Maybe not the fastest, but I can do it. :) I appreciate all the tips you gave me. Actually, my uncle said something that really made me think. He told me that when he runs, he can let it all go. It's the only time his brain can "shut off". (this is all paraphrased of course) The whole time I'm running I have to concentrate on where to next. How far I have left to run. And the weather makes for an unpredictable workout regime. But I get it. I get that way with Insanity. Maybe it sounds stupid, but I do. Each set is supposed to be 3 mins, so I know that I can just do it. Until I can't move and I'm trying to catch my breath on the floor. haah
I think that so far the hardest thing about trying to get back to a place you were, (or a size you were) is being close. Seeing that last little hurdle to overcome. Seeing the smaller spots you need to work on and only wearing some of your clothes I think is harder than being a million miles away from your goal.

Russell Vaughn is hilarious. He gets into EVERYTHING though. Like he seriously can not be left alone. He pulls everything down or out, he wraps himself up in everything, and when you try to scold him- he laughs. He loves music, and food. And his sisters and brother. Man, Tasha can get him really goin. I feel like I need to get one of those plastic barricade things you can build so I can create a cord-free zone for him. sigh. Anybody have suggestions for how to get babies to stop ripping out handfulls of hair? Yes, HANDFULLS. Little chubby hands full of my hair. And he laughs. Thats something they dont tell you about when you're getting ready to have a kid. :) Whats funny though is that Jayden was never like that. Nor Tasha. But maybe they did get progressively worse. Or nosey. Or mouthy.

I applied for a telecommuting ob working for Google doing Data entry. Didn't get it. But it's cool. We aren't in need, and I am trying to switch fields so it's not like I expected to get the first one I liked. I don't want to be away from the kids. I want to be involved. But the extra cash flow would be nice too. Just putting some good vibes out. I haven't been seriously looking or anything. :)
Google woulda been neat though I think.

Baby is crying!

shmoogle :)

So yesterday I did pretty good. Month 2 of Insanity is alot harder than month one. Relatively though I suppose I am doing like a trillion pushups and was only able to do like 5 before. Maybe the first number is exaggerated. :) I was excited though because there was only really one excersize that I pretty much didnt even try. On all the others I may have not been able to keep up with the pace, but I did the excersizes with good form and THAT is what counts!

My cuz talked to me about alot yesterday. I wish we lived closer because I'd totally prolly be annoying how much I'd be tryin to hang out. 'Specially with that cute new baby! ;) Seriously though, I talked to alot about what was annoying me and it helped.

Russell had blueberry yogurt the last few days and loooooves it! I think he really just likes yogurt in general. He's really not all that picky-which is VERY nice! Let's just hope he stays that way!

I made these little cards for Deano to take to school they say basically my name is deano and I want to play with you, call my mom to set up a playdate! then my name/#. I saw an ad for a company that makes them in the back of my Parenting mag. So far he has given them to Baby Bowzer, Mario, Princess Peach and Maximus. Max is the only real name in the bunch...but Alexa's mom called to set up a playdate! Is it abnormal for boys to re-name their friends like that? DJ says he did kinda. And Joseph says that none of his friends were really called by their actual names till they got older... I am not so sure what to think lol.

Girls are supposed to have soccer tonight, We shall see, it's gonna rain all day- AGAIN. Well, babies cryin, later

I have alot to say.

I am happy Osama was found. Maybe not so "happy" that he was killed, but thrilled that our military served justice. Maybe we should have sent pics in while playing those long long games of RISK and building little caves and armies for him in that general area.....Oh what's that? They didnt find him because of that but because of tactics? Fine. Whatever. lol

Soooooo the stupid lady at the school should shut her mouth and enjoy that people have freedom of speech and that not all things SHE says are not offending people.
I WILL be at the 5k on sat. even if its with a stoller and Deanos little leash thingy.
I think the general populous is stupid
I wish I could find a remote job today
I dislike money
I'm trying to teach the kids not to say "hate" and so now that's all I wanna say
Im angry that people are so selfish
I'm not so tired today but am very angry
I dislike insurance
I dislike people
I will never work in a resturant again
I dislike having crappy mornings
I really really really really really dislike our water
I want to move
I dont really want to find a job, cant I just get paid for staying at home?
-in reply, no. I'm white.
Russell is a stinker
Deano is a stinker
Jayden needs to stop being so sensitive. But she has been VERY helpful and completely voluntarily setting and clearing the table by herself for a whole week now for dinner..
Natasha is a punk and too much like me
If it's not noticable, I'm having a hard time with making random thoughts into things to talk about
I'm excited for sat and dissappointed that last sat didnt work out
I think that my brain doesnt function the same as most peoples because apparently most people are selfish and rude even though they pretend not to be because they ultimately feel bad about how they really think that the world is supposed to revolve around them when it does not
I love my kids
I love my husband
They should make summer camp less expensive and last more than 2 days. WHO PAYS FOR THAT???!!!
I should have finished my degree.

Also, houses with elevators really don't mean you're better than me. Evenif it did make me feel small. Do you make your kids cupcakes? no. but i do.

I should start my own bakery.
The only two things stopping me are fear and oppurtunity
Also, I dont want to work in a resturant

Crawling and lots of other things

Sooooo, as you may have guessed Russell is now crawling. Its not quite zooming w/the-belly-off-the-ground-type but has progressed into how-do-i-get-my-toys-and-explore-because-I-have-no-intrest-in-anything-else. lol. He got a Bongo for Easter and he looooves it! He is so smart too. And loving. This morning Deano was watching Little Eisteins and was "helping" them do something so him and Russell were shouting at the TV. It was so cute. And Russell totally thought he was accomplishing something lol. He just fell asleep in my lap. All day he has been fussy and last night/today has not slept well. It's very difficult when he gets like this because he demands my attention but I still have to get my housework done and also take care of Deano.

Deano has lately been on this kick about how he feels that "daddy is not spending enough time w/me." I think he just feels like he should getting to do more "big boy" things. He asked if Joseph will take him fishing so he's looking forward to that ALOT.

The girls have started soccer. So far Im bummed because they've had their first two games cancelled. But I overheard one of the other moms saying how she was glad that they had some "scrappy" kids this year. lol. Their report cards came in and they have both done very well. Natasha brought her grades back up again and didnt have complaints about not participating in PE. Jayden is really workin hard for that "Nook". Natasha actually asked me if she would be allowed to get one too, I told her that her grades would have to go up and stay up, she did bring them up, so we shall see.

Alot is going on w/my mother-in-law. She has been very ill and they've recently found some growths in her lymph nodes. She's one of those miracle people who pulls through everything and noone knows how other than the Grace of God. This times not looking so well though. Its been quite a rough patch. I have been having a rough time dealing with everything. I feel like things are just very compounded. I go through a few days of "suck it up and be strong for everyone else" because as a woman its supposed to be my resposibility to tie everything together, (right?) then I go through a day or two or more of barely any sleep and the house not being taken care of and my schedule gets messed up and I cant breathe deep enough to relax and things just crumble apart and nothing goes right and I just want to cry and all my nerves feel fried. Joseph has been a wonderful husband and has stepped up alot since the end of my pregnancy w/being home at night and trying to help me more. Maybe I'm just frustrated. I am not complaining at all btw, venting maybe, but definetly not complaining.

I've turned more and more to God, especially as my little ones grow, and am doing more to explain and show them things. I try very very hard to help get the most knowledge about every area of life (that is appropriate), that I can and to make them feel loved and cherished and know how blessed they are. And now I am too emotional and frazzled to keep writing.

yaaay internet!!

So we have the internet again! Time to catch you up!

(deep breath in)
Russell is gettin HUGE! He's about 15 lbs now, he caught the respiratory infection that myself and all 4 kids had- but NOT Joseph lol. He has a very strong immune system. :) He rolls over and he scoots on his back. He is just over 3 1/2 mos. Jaydens CogAT scores came back. she got 43/48 correct on the non-verbal which is better than 92% of the rest of the nations 2nd graders! (cheesy smile!) Natasha apparently is getting into "fashion" which noone else knows anything about. lol. Deano started Montessori school and he is diggin it (as well as me!) It's nice for him to have something all his own....

The girls will start gymnastics at the end of the mos, then soccer in March. I started 2 fitness classes. I thought that maybe if I have a scheduled time to workout, maybe it'll be easier for me to do. Plus then I'll get out of the zoo, I mean house. lol. I feel like a house still. i have 30 lbs still to loose. which is weird bc my legs will fit into my old jeans, and my butt, but my stomach is gone...or maybe there is a better description. At my class I feel like I wanna just give up when we do abs, I have to like meditate through it. I am determined though to loose all this weight and get back into shape. I gained less w/ Russell than I did w/Jayden, but I was at a higher weight when I had Russell. Not a 110 lb 19 yr old anymore... ha. ha. I keep tryin to think positive. :-) It's not like I eat bad. Theres alot I cant eat. And it's difficult because I'm nursing and so I cant over-excersize, and cant diet, and really cant have more than one caffienated beverage a day, (which i need alot of times just to get going). At least the baby wiill sleep for a 6 hr chunk now at night. Minus a cpl exceptions. We've been very blessed. I pray everyday that I can keep up with everything and for the Lord to help me be everything I need to be, a good wife a good mom and a good person. Sometimes it's very hard. Sometimes i cry. Sometimes I don't get anything done during the day and I feel like I failed. On the other hand, sometimes I will get my whole list for the day done and I feel great. And accomplished. And happy. I'm trying to become organized again. Which is the only way I seem to get anything done. I just wish the adjustment period were over and I could get everything done everday....
I hope that I make my husband proud. He says that I'm fine and that I need to stop fussing and being so hard on myself. I guess he could be being honest and not just nice.

Well I'm gonna go make dinner. I have more to write though maybe another entry for just me. I'm sure I forgot about a bunch lol....
